Way past-expiration, totally one-sided thanks to Dan Kim

Note: Some corny shit ahead, watch where you step:

I think it was like 8 years ago or something that I found Clone-Army in middle school, back when Paper Eleven hadn't finished yet. Dan's style showed me a totally new dimension of aesthetics that I had never even imagined. Stuff got busy and I didn't visit for a long ass time.  Some years later, I became a freshman in college and decided to try art and took a drawing/painting class. It was... very difficult. Got like a C on my first project done with Sharpie, ballpoint pen, and ruler on printer paper :|. It was at this time I remembered Dan's works and drew inspiration from them again. I stopped doing art after the drawing/painting classes to focus on my major but a couple years later, which is now, I re-found some of the stuff and would like to properly give tribute by posting my fan art imitating Dan's style.

I believe Maria's Sea imitation and some parody of a Shonen Jump Magazine cover.

Welcome.
Don't expect much talk here, but incidentally, Merry Christmas.

I can't believe I haven't looked at this board in over a year.

If you ever see this post, thanks man.
